The Dow Centennial Centre (DCC) is a state-of-the-art complex comprises of the Landrex Recreation Pavilion where most of the recreation and sport programs take place, and the Sherritt Cultural Pavilion which houses a fully equipped 538-seat theatre, art gallery, art and pottery studios as well as banquet and meeting rooms.
This 170,000 sq.ft. centre is designed to host a variety of organized events and spontaneous activities. It is also a place to celebrate life’s important passages – graduations and weddings – and business events such as conferences, workshops, and trade shows.

CONFERENCE & Tradeshow
Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025
The free conference will feature 12 one-hour technical presentations, organized into three concurrent sessions across four time slots throughout the day. Presentations should address topics relevant to professionals in the Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations (MRO) fields. Sales-focused presentations will not be accepted.
Each presentation should be approximately 45 minutes in length, followed by a 10-15 minute Q&A session. We invite presenters to submit an abstract describing the proposed topic. The abstract should clearly outline the relevance and value of the subject to the target audience.
Additionally, please provide a brief biography or profile of the presenter.
• Abstract Submission Deadline: April 1, 2025
• Abstract Review & Final Selection: By April 22, 2025

WORKSHOPS
Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025
Half-day (4-hour) training sessions will be held offering an affordable local training opportunity. These sessions are ideal for EITs, new hires, apprentices, and experienced personnel seeking to expand their skills and cross-train in the rotating equipment field. Led by renowned industry experts, these workshops provide valuable insights and practical knowledge.
Workshop hours are eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits, and lunch will be provided.
