TOPIC:

Flexible Coupling Designs & Applications

PRESENTERS:

Alex Toy, Regional Sales Manager, Regal Rexnord

DESCRIPTION:

We will review several relevant coupling designs, features and benefits of each, from rubber and urethane elements, to disc, gear and grid couplings. Some couplings require grease lubrication while others are designed for life with zero maintenance and we will help to understand why each style is beneficial in one way or another to specific applications. Different shaft mounting methods and their advantages will also be discussed.
